Isn't he adorable? A little colt, only about a week old.  He's my friend's little guy, and everyone who sees him agrees that he is just the sweetest thing -especially us horse girls!

So, that picture happens to be of yours truly.  Not the most attractive, totally awesome picture of me in existence, but hey, this really isn't about me -it's about my sexy new camera! My Nikon D3100, of which I am sososososooooooo excited!

Ello!

 

So this particular post doesn't get 2 or 3 or even 6 photos to show. It gets 22.  Why, you ask? Because these happen to be my little brother's senior portraits, and I couldn't pick a favorite! We spent the afternoon in St. Helena in the Napa Valley, searching for awesome hideaways to take pictures -something to get the whole musician, rock and roll vibe going.  Which meant alley ways, brick walls, rail road tracks, closed down auto shops and more. Not to mention the famous Napa valley sign and a winery or two! Just because.  We had an awesome afternoon, and I'm hoping to be able to book another session there soon!
